Exchanges Within 30 Days
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Items may be returned to tradeshoppingmall.com and exchanged for another product of equal value.
Please note the following:
Refunds are not available.
Exchanges are only available for items of equal value.
If you wish to exchange for an item with a different price, additional charges or adjustments may apply.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless otherwise stated.
Conditions for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, returned items must meet the following conditions:
The item must be in like-new condition and unused.
The item must include all original manufacturer packaging.
All packing materials, accessories, manuals, tags, and documentation originally included with the product must be returned.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
We strongly recommend that customers use a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance when returning items.
Defective Items (Within 90 Days)
If you receive an item that is defective, you may request a replacement within 90 days from the date of purchase.
Defective items may be replaced with the exact same product.
Please note:
Cash refunds are not available for defective items.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to us.
Once the defective item has been received and inspected, we will process the replacement and ship the replacement product as soon as possible.
Return Authorization
Before returning any item, customers must contact our customer support team to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Reason for exchange or description of the defect
Photos (if the item is defective)
Processing Time
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 3–7 business days for the exchange to be processed.
