Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is generally 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local courier services, customs clearance procedures, and other logistical factors.
Please note that the delivery timeframe provided is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed. Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or customs inspections may occur and are beyond our control.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to high order volumes.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
Shipping Address Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, customers must provide a complete and valid physical shipping address when placing an order. We are currently unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
For security and verification purposes, orders may need to be shipped to the billing address associated with the credit card used for the purchase. If the billing address on the credit card is listed as a P.O. Box, the order may be cancelled and the payment refunded in full.
